Looking forward to the Petaluma High School Reunion 1972 and thought of how I found out about this via our host Jeri...!  There is the Classmates website, which was one of the earliest means of connecting with your friends from school, be it elementary up thru college.  I recently found via Facebook the famed social networking resource...and a particular website "You Know You Grew Up in Petaluma If...!"  You will see many of PHS friends there, and share stories about the old iron front buildings, Victorian mansions and those little things that made our town and growing up great. 

Yes there were some rough times too, but the good thing is we are all better from our experiences and can share the joy of what our lives bring to that great mosaic we call LIFE. When I look at this website, I see the Simon & Garfunkel album...holy smokes, I still have the album and can play it on a "real' German Dual turntable with Shure cartridge...old habits die hard.  At this moment I am just thankful for the opportunity to be able to break bread with those I grew up.  With that and a prayer for those who are not with us today to make that choice, I say thank you for the memories...
