Since graduation in 1990, I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree at Texas A&M University in College Station. In 1998, I received a Master of Science degree in Counseling. I worked as a behavioral therapist in Dallas for about four years before deciding to do some traveling. I was able to live in Charleston, South Carolina; Denver, Colorado; Boston, Massachusetts; Honolulu, Hawaii; and Longmont, Colorado. In 2006, I started my own business, More Authentic Life, LLC. I'm currently planning to relocate to San Diego, as soon as possible (by June 1, 2009). I hope to teach, write, and focus exclusively on my coaching business.

School Story:

My favorite school story is from when we took our Senior group picture. My dad had suggested that I try to get on both ends of the photo, which he had successfully achieved in his high school photo. When we took our picture, I ran behind the bleachers and tried to make it to the other end, but missed it by only a few seconds. The photographer had to take a second picture and I got a second chance. This time, I was able to make it on both sides of the photo. Many of you might not know that the photographer told me afterwards that he had to slow it down for me so that I could make it and that's why there was a second photo taken! Hilarious! Thank you Mr. Photographer! I hope you all enjoy this memory as much as I do!
