Sadly, Jeffrey passed in his sleep on Monday, December 2nd, 2019.

I spoke at lenght with Jeffrey's older brother Steven, who moved to Las Vegas from Philly in 2016 and lived with Jeffrey.

Steven said that Jeffrey has been ill for quite some time. A combination of diabetes and weight gain contributed to his health challenges, which also inncluded arthritis, back and neck problems and breathing problems. While Steven said his death came as a surprise, it was also a bit of relief that he would not continue to suffer with all of the health issues whoch could continue to worsen.

I also communicate with Jeffrey's son who said, "We weren't expecting the loss, but it didn't come as that big of a shock."

Jeffrey reconnected with a lot of old friends through Facebook but never let on through any of his Facebook posts that he had any medical issues. 

Jeffrey was always a huge Philadelphia sports fan and had part-time season tickets to the Las Vegas ice hockey team.
