The family, including my parents, Jerry & Marge, who live in Ann's Choice in Warminster, PA, appreciate the support and want to thank the Desert Rats and others who came to the funeral and/or visited afterwards.  They include: Kevin Crossin, Howard Gibbs, Harold Pond, Phil Katzman, Jerry Zager, Michael Freiberg, Steve Reifer, Richard Comly, Jerry & Frances Skolnick and Dennis Weinraub. Friends of mine from the old neighborhood, Joanne Sherman Deutchman and Carol Levy Gerson were also there, as was as Lisl Loeb (Joan & Joel's mother) from Mayfair Street, who now lives in Ann's Choice. The family enjoyed seeing everyone, as my brother Bob would have.

Been thinking of my friend Bob for the last couple of weeks. He was a fun loving man with a true free spirit.I think everything I did or tried growing up bob and I did together. From hitching down the shore or cutting school we did it all.I remember the sneaker store like it was yesterday. When bob and his family moved to Florida we kept in touch often and watched our girls grow up.Visting his beautiful home in North Carolina was a treat whenever we drove up north.I miss my friend and will go sit with him for a while when I go to Philly to visit my folks this week.Rest in Peace my friend. Catch you on the other side Bob Levin

Sorry as a Desert Rat that I missed the funeral,  however my true sympathy to the inmmediate family. I ran into

Bob quite frequently back in the sneaker store days since Bob Levin and I always remained good friends, not

so much after he and his family moved South. My memories of Bob were that of a fun loving mischievous guy.

I am sure he will be missed !
