So sorry to hear of Mark's death.  We were music students together at G-town.  He was a very accomplished percussionist.  I have never met a kinder, gentler giant.  I know his family misses him terribly.

I too  have wonderful memories of Mark. He was fun and kind. I remember our class trip and how fun it was to be in the group that included Mark. He was so very young. Taken too soon. Anyone who knows him will sure to miss him.

I remember him well.  A very sweet guy and talented!  May his memory bring comfort to those who will miss him.

Dr. Mark Sunket was a professor at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He was well known in the music world, traveling often to Senagal, Africa to learn, teach, and be educated in African percussion and drum music. He was honored and memorialIzed at a African Drum Music Concert, at Glendale Community College, which I attended. He was well loved in the Phoenix Metropolitan music community. He is missed.
