RE: Remembering/Influence Posted Sunday, August 30, 2009 11:38 PM So many fights on the third floor, that they had too shut it down. My favorite teacher was Mrs. Lieber (Home Economics) she was a joy. |

RE: Remembering/Influence Posted Tuesday, October 5, 2010 06:44 PM The most influential teacher was Mrs. Dukes and Mr. Fletcher. Mrs. Dukes not only did she know my family but her voice and eyes would scare the **** out of me. She made you think before you spoke. Mr. Fletcher, I was on the verge of not walking across that stage for my diploma, if I didn’t pass his class. My parents had no idea that I may not walk. Mr Fletcher gave me an extension on my report. My presentation was on Mahatma Gandhi

RE: Remembering/Influence Posted Wednesday, December 1, 2010 06:14 PM I must agree Ms. Dukes definitely left a lifelong impression me. I have often told my students about her. I also thought she was sharp! Of course Wash was one of my favorites as was Ms. Gray (Gym teacher) and Ms. Dixon (English teacher). |
