GET THIS..

If anyone walks by my old house at 1610 West moyamensing Ave and looks at the no parking sign pole in front of where my dad's TV shop used to be....you'll see my ST. RICHARDS 8TH GRADE tie, still hanging there.

YEP....I climbed up that pole and tied it there the last day of school in 1979 and it's STILL THERE to this day. Very worn & weather beaten but it's still there.

Go ahead...take a walk by and see a living piece of history!!

OMG Mike...that's great!! When I go through our old neighborhood, which is all the time. I will look for that tie. I still have my autograph books from 8th grade with some ties attached to some of the pages. I just have to dig it out, along with those Elvis pictures from Hawaii.

Maria, my mom was the campfire leader. I still have her leader pin. We had sooo much fun!!!!! I miss her soooo much:(

Also, I am looking for a good photographer!!!!! Professional or otherwise.

Should we hire one for the picture or does someone have a really good camera and someone who would take it for us?????

Joe, I have spoken with Lori several times. Unfortunately, neither she nor Maria C. will be joining us for the reunion. Both are understandably upset by some things that were said.

I don't give up easy, so I am going to keep trying and hoping that they will change their minds. If it were not for them this whole thing would not have gotten started.

I am at least going to try and get them to come for the picture.
It would be nice for all of us to be in picture.

Susanna is talking with Michael Pilla about taking the photo for us. He is a professional photographer.

I will keep you all posted.

Rosemarie Flocco (Basile) We are still missing some of our classmates. I know how to reach AnnaMarie,Paul and Rita. Does anyone know where Michelle Dress or Danny D'Imperio could be? Anyone know the last state they lived in? I can not find them at all. I still am reaching out to the other three.

Roe don't give up on those two. They need to be there. We all should be there. This could be the last time we all see each other together. You never know what could happen. I have a friend who I went to the casino with on a Friday night and he was gone on Monday moring. Everybody needs to put their feelings aside and come and enjoy the night. I'll call Lori. LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED WITH EVERYONE!!!!
