Ann sat next to me in alot of my classes and home room. She was a sweet girl who was "brilliant", a fact many of us teased her about. She always giggled at my attempts at humor especially when I asked how her hair always stayed so perfect, even in gym class.

Ann Brilliant was my best friend in Clara Barton and through out Olney.  She was a beautiful person inside and out. I was so proud of her, when she won class Senator at Olney (at least once). We stayed in touch and saw each other until last year when she sadly passed  . . .and I still stay intouch with her beautiful adult children. I admired her strength and deeply appreciated her kindness. I miss her and will think of her at the reunion.

Ann was certainly a beautiful person inside and out.  Several years ago we were on the same flight to Hawaii.  She was so surprised to see me and we had a lot of time to chat on that long flight. I also attended Clara Barton with her.  Shocked she is no longer with us.

Indeed, Ann was a lovely person, in both senses of that adjective. In fact, she was so good looking that it’s hard to believe how unpretentious and friendly she always was, to everyone. I know she did some modeling after graduation, and then she followed the path of many ex-models and went into real estate [from her obit, where I also learned she married Barry Sheppard, who was her high school boyfriend].
