The following information was sent to us by a close friend of John.

John was an employee of Mellon Bank until the company closed their operations in Philadelphia.  He was a life-long Phillies fan and a Vietnam verteran.  John was a bachelor.  Both of his parents preceded him in death.  He died in 2008 of pancreatic cancer.
