Bill Lehman

I didn't graduate from Saint Mary's but I had the privilege of being its Principal for twelve years. I retired from Saint Mary's as Principal in 2002.
I then taught at Orangedale School in the Balsz District for three years. I returned to Saint Mary's as an English teacher in 1995 and taught for three years, just recently retiring again. I remember the Class of 1998 as a very dynamic, outstanding class. I am so pround of the fact that so many in this class went on to become teachers.
You will always be in my thoughts and my prayers.

Mrs. Carson and I liked to tell students about the "Secret Tunnel" available only to certain faculty. The tunnel led to the swimming pool in the basement of the gym. We never had the funds to make it so the elevator went to the basement of the gym. I also remember Mr. Ahern's special birthday "surprise" engineered by Mrs. Farrell and Mrs. Vercauteren.
