My older brother and I didn't hang out together too much as we had our own friends.  I have many good memories and some not so good, but although he was kind of mean to me as kids, he would never let anyone be.  As adults we became very close and it got to where we did everything together.  There was nobody in this world I trusted more than Marvin.  He loved picking on my 2 boys and our younger brother, Wayne's son.  He had a nick name for all his nieces and nephews, like my youngest boy he called "Taz" and Wayne's son he called "Bart".  There are far too many stories to tell here, but we all loved him and miss him very much.  Makes you realize how fragile life is and that whether you leave this world early or live to an old age, we are only here for an instant in time.  As Marvin's cancer slowly tried to whittle him down to nothing and the meds made him so sick, he always kept his spirits high and would tell us, "Why ruin a good today, when you might have a bad tomorrow".

Have to agree with what David stated in this post about his older brother Marvin. Marvin and i were very close friends and i still miss him today as we had so many good times together over the years going to Manzanita to the sprint car races, going to the Roadrunner games at the coliseum, target shooting in the desert, riding dirt bikes as we did a lot together from the time we first started hanging out in high school.

Marvin, you and got into a lot of trouble together and had some really great times. I think of you often still and the fun times we had gowing up. It is sad that your life was cut way to short..
