John David Young, better known as David or Dave. My brother died on July 25, 2011. He died in an accident unloading his big rig truck. He loved mass media in high school. As kids, we fought like cats and dogs. We played little leauge baseball, basketball, and cruised central together. Sometimes we dated the same girl, but not at the same time. He loved disco dancing. Dave had a kind heart. He was my Irish twin.
We were friends before high school. I think he lived in the same neighborhood. I lived on Portland and 13th Ave. He bought me Persian Lilacs perfume from "Chinks" down the street for my birthday. I got teased about that a lot. He was a good guy. Sorry to learn he died so young.
