Jim was a charmer. Always up and ready to have fun. We were neighbors, boyfriend/girlfriend and finally just friends. Lost touch with him, as has been true with many because I have lived away from AZ. I was very sad to hear he had passed. I hope the years were good to him & that he left knowing how special he was.

Jim, you were a special guy to me and we had a lot of fun together in high school.  I know you are at peace and in a better place now.

Jim passed away on October 8, 2009 after complications from a chronic medical condition. On June 10, 2010 a wake was held @ Corbin's Bar & Grill to celebrate Jim's life. His many life long friends shared stories, laughs and a few tears about a man that had a special way of making people smile and feel good about themselves and others. He was the best man @ my wedding and simply one of the very best friends I have ever known.

Jim:

I am so sorry it took so long for me to post. I am in total denial.  We had many good years and memories, along with a few not so good, but they were ours.  I am sorry we lost touch over the years, I missed you then and still do. Really, you are in a better place and I look forward to meeting up with you in the future. You were a hell of a man then and I could never say anything bad about you, I loved you. I guess, I always will, or at least the memories.
