Ann suffered from a hereditary condition called Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia.  This condition caused her to hemorrhage internally with severe nose bleeds. She never knew when the bleeding would start, making it very difficult for her to work or even plan any social event.  She had hundreds of blood transfusions over the years.  She told me once she quit counting the transfusions after 100.  

Ann was an ordained minister.  She was married and has one son.  She passed away on August 9, 2014 at home.
