Gary Timothy Wern

WERN, Gary Timothy, 47, of Tucson apassed away unexpectedly on September 18, 2009. Born in Toledo, OH, Gary Wern and family moved to Phoenix in 1969. Graduating from Sunnyslope High School in 1979, Gary attended the University of Arizona, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English in 1983, later attending Pima College where he earned a Computer Technology Degree. Gary had been an engineering technician at Texas Instruments since 2002. He was preceded in death by parents, Robert L. and Dolores and brother, Randal. Gary is survived by his sister, Laurie Ann of Missouri; brothers, Mark of New York and Matthew of New Jersey; half brothers, Robert and Thomas of Lake Havasu and half brother, Jerome of Toledo. He is also survived by six nephews and nieces, one grandniece, and seven half-nephews and nieces. Memorial Service to be held Saturday, September 26, 2009, 1:30 p.m., at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL, 7 E. University Blvd., Tucson. The gift of Gary's love and friendship will be sorely missed. In lieu of flowers, it was his wish to please donate to a favorite charity.
