Rhonda E. Himmelstein,62, passed away February 1, 2012 after a valiant battle with cancer . She was born December 6, 1949 in Seattle ,Washington to Edward and Anne (Richardson) Himmelstein. Rhonda graduated from Washington High School in Phoenix and attended GCC in Glendale. She was employed at American Express as an analyst for over 30 years. Rhonda is survived by her brothers and sister, David (Paula) Himmelstein, Naomi (Timothy) Young, Jeff (Lu) Himmelstein, and Stephen Himmelstein; her Aunt Selma Schwartz; two cousins; four Nieces; three Nephews; 12 great nieces and nephews; and four great-great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her great friends Roni, Nancy, Tuyan, Berdie, Susan, Cheryl and Jan. Rhonda enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and loved all of the dogs she called her companions through the years. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Sunwest Cemetery, 12525 NW Grand Avenue, El Mirage, Arizona.
