The following is from his friend and fellow WHS classmate, Ken Costello:

"Brian was my closest friend since we met in elementary school. So him and I go way back. It was great to have a friend that always raised my spirits every time we met or talked on the phone. Brian was a born comedian that could always make you laugh. Last year our high school graduation class had its 50th year reunion. Brian made visual puzzles to entertain us and challenge our memories.".
