Joyce Ann Cooper Reagan was born on June 7, 1951 to Charles and Esther Cooper in Cleveland Ohio. She passed away on St Patrick's Day, March 17, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona.
She is survived by her husband, Charles, daughter Martha and granddaughter Aurora. She is also survived by her brothers Danny and Stuart, sister Inez Aldragna and other family and friends.

Joyce was always a sweetie girl. I had her in a couple classes and she was quite shy. Yet once we started talking, she bloomed. She was always a good audience for my BS pranks and had a sense of humor, herself.
