LEBANON, NH — Frank Roy Kelley, 67, of Barton Vermont, formerly of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on November 5, 2018 in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Frank was born in Windsor, Vermont and lived there with his family until they moved to Phoenix in 1967. He graduated from Washington High School in 1969. He later moved back to Windsor, Vermont.

Frank was an avid sportsman and loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He was a very generous man and was loved by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy, father Willis and brother Allan. He is survived by his long-time companion, Renee Hanover, children, Melanie Kelley Link of Austin, Texas; Bryan Kelley of Dade City, Florida and Sarah Harris (Marcus) of Ridge Manor, Florida, as well as 5 grandchildren, Brittany, Alexa, Titus, Torus and Thaddeus, and his sisters, Marla, Norma, Rebecca, and Sandra.
