Donald Paul Piske Jr, 43, of Phoenix, an employee with US West Communications, died November 22, 1993.  He was born in Woodstock, Illinois on August 19, 1950.  

Survivors include his wife, Caroline; daughter, Rachel; son, Jaime Espinoza; parents, Ila and Donald Sr.; and brothers, Terry and Tim.  

Visitation; 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N 59th Ave., Glendale.
