Marla Rene Varner passed away on December 14, 1990 from breast cancer in Tucson, Arizona. She was born on August 21, 1951 to Thomas and Martha Varner.
She was survived by 2 daughters, Katherine Lee and Sally Ann Grace Kopp who passed away on October 14, 2014 in Texas.

I went to Maryland School with Marla. We played softball together for several summers. She was a gifted athlete and won lots of ribbons at our field days. She overcame some challenges regarding her hearing. I remember that she wore hearing aids. She was energetic and lots of fun to be with. I'm sorry to learn of her passing.
