Received this email from Glen (Steve) Blair Jan. 31, 2019:
I hate to post this but we had another alumni pass away recently. May need to include him in deceased group. My very good lifelong friend Joe R Arechavaleta passed away from an extremely aggressive brain cancer last Sept (Sept. 2018).
I will try to follow up and try to get more information and/or an obituary. ~ Dennis

Joe, you may not be able to hear me, but our brief encounter at the last reunion gave me a sense that you had your "ticket" when the train left the station; and if that's the case, I'll see you on the other side. 1 John 5:12Gregory Peter Bray
Joe,It was great to be behind you during football games. I remember you as a team member and a friend. Rest easy Joe.

Joe,
I was just about to wish you Happy Belated Birthday when I read this. I am beyond words. You were the first love of my life. We kept in touch over the years and shared some of our dreams to come. You were and still are an awesome man. RIP Joe. I will see you on the other side.
Love forever,
Peggy
