Melvin Carl Green VIEW PROFILE

Green, Melvin Carl
62, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on September 15, 2010. Mel was born March 21, 1948, in Phoenix, Arizona, where he lived for his entire life. He graduated from West High School in 1966 and attended Arizona State University before he began his career working for his family's local real estate business, Green Realty Co. He spent over 40 years working in the real estate industry in the Phoenix and Prescott areas as a residential and commercial broker for Green Realty Co. and Professional Real Property Services. Mel had a zest for life and was known for his positive personality and his passion for outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, hunting and riding horses. Mel is survived by his children, Benjamin C. Green (Brigitte) and Brandi M. Romero; his grandchildren, Amanda, Payten, Spencer and Skyler, and his brother, John R. Green. A memorial service is planned for 10 a.m. Sept. 25, 2010 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren, Phoenix, AZ. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made in his memory to the Arizona Game and Fish Department, 5000 W. Mel passed away September 15, 2010. I had re-connected with him a year or so before he died.
