F. Riggs High School in Pierre in 1960.

Gladys met Howard J. Schill during her senior year and the two were married on March 13, 1965.  They made Pierre their home and had two children, a daughter Christie and son Kurt.

Gladys went to work after graduation for the State of South Dakota in the Department of Revenue.  She retired after 42 years of employment.  In her spare time she loved to bowl.  After retirement, she took up golfing where she gained many new friends.. She played as often as she could.  When she wasn't playing, she loved spending time with family.

Gladys is survived by her husband Howard, daughter Christie (Vern) Sevier, son Kurt and brother Gerald Paulson; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Gladys was a kind, compassionate and vibrant person. It seems surreal that she has left so soon.

She will be missed by all who knew her well and those who were acquaintances.

I wish you an easy and speedy journey home. Until we meet again Gladys you are in good hands.

Hugs,

Dorothy
