Pine Hill - On April 4, 2021, Andy, age 67, born June 23, 1953. Andy lived in Pine Hill most of his life with his partner Cathy Hamilton of Pine Hill, father of Martha Devlin (Jimmy Love) of Berlin, two grandchildren Krystal Devlin, John Paul Froggatt Jr., four great granddaughters Isabella Luci, Victoria Luci, Emma Froggatt, Arabella Froggatt, father of the late Andrea "Angie" Devlin. Funeral services were held privately at the convenience of the family. Andy had retired from Waste Management Co. in Sewell, NJ. Arrangements under the direction of the: ORA L.
