Ken died of a heart attack on July 30 1998, at the age of 50. 

Ken lived in Fairfax, VA.   He is survived by wife Edithe, daughter Kelly  (with Del Price) daughter Elisa (with Edithe) and son Stephen (with Edithe.)

Ken remained a devoted father and family man, his whole life. After serving in the Army in Vietnam, he joined the ranks of Potomac Gas and Electric as a welder, in 1969. He remained there until his premature death, in 1998. He sculpted, using welding tools and traveled, for recreation. He is buried at the National Cemetery, near Dale City, VA. Kelly is on the staff, at Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore. Elisa graduated from the University of VA. and Stephen, came out of Purdue.
