Thomas V. Ragan
AGE: 61 • Pine Hill Thomas V. Ragan, 61, of Pine Hill, died at his residence after being in failing health. Born and raised in Pine Hill, he was the son of the late Thomas and Florence Ragan, he was a lifetime resident except for the 10 years he resided in Estes Park, CO with his sister Ranee Morrison, where he operated the Rams Liquor Store. He returned to Pine Hill in 1996. He was a graduate of Overbrook Senior High School where he played football. After high school he was employed at the Pathmark Stores. He was always a football and golf enthusiast and participated when his health allowed. He is survived by his two sisters, Ranee Morrison of Estes Park, CO and Elizabeth Hoffman of Port Norris, 5 nephews, Bob Morrison, Estes Park, CO & Tim Morrison, Pine Hill who both where like brothers to him, Bob & John Hoffman of Port Norris and Jim Hoffman of Vineland, NJ, and his niece Francie Ringgenberg, Estes Park, CO. Plus a host of faithful friends from childhood through high school who were extremely good to him. Tom will always be remembered for his quick wit, loving spirit and hot temper. Graveside services will be held at Leesburg Cemetery, Station Rd. & Broad St. in Leesburg, NJ where his cremated remains will be interred with his parents on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 2:00 PM. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. Arrangements are being handled by Hoffman Funeral Homes, Leesburg.

Judith Pacifico (1967)
I have known Tom since he & my brother, Ricky, were in kindergarten together. They became fast friends and stayed that way thru their lives. Even tho, at times, they didn't see each other all that often, it was a friendship that always came thru in good times & bad. Now that they are both gone I truly believe they have found a way to be together as friends again. I will miss you both. Love, Judy

I remember Tommy, Ralph Yule, Rick Pacifico (I believe) and a bunch of the guys had a party for me when I was going into the Navy. Holy crap, they all but tied me up and held me hostage so I couldn't go. I remember being in the yard of the big old home on Branch Road in Pine Hill. Those guys ate too. There were more "beer burgers" than anyone could consume. A little beer too! I remember Tommy running laps one year playing football, he would never quit running. I'm not sure why he was running, I think it was the "red sweatshirt" thing because of his weight. I was a hard guy to like back then (arrogant putz) and Tommy was introduced to me and invited me to my party like we were long lost buddies.
Mike LeGrand (1970)
Tommy was very popular. Everyone knew him and he always welcomed people to his parents home in Pine Hill. Remember that Road Runner (orange) he had? He was very good at throwing parties especially his boat parties and pig roasts. Man did the weed and beer flow!!! He as a friend on Facebook too. He told me on there that he wasn't very good at typing messages and I told him he was doing just fine. Miss you bud!!
