Rest In Peace Mr. Sparacino

Vincent J. Sparacino, age 92 of Hammonton, NJ, passed away Sept 26, 2011 at Virtua Hospital in Berlin. Born in New York, he lived in Hammonton for over 60 years.

Vincent was a veteran of the US Navy during WWII. He was an industrial arts teacher for 23 years at Lower Camden County Regional High School. Vince was a lifetime member of VFW Post #1026 of Hammonton and a volunteer firefighter in Hempstead, NY. He was also a Boy Scout Leader, Election Board Worker and member of the Hammonton Senior Citizens. He was a talented carpenter and avid gardener. He worked for Perrone Door Company in the summers.

He is predeceased by his wife Angela Sparacino and his brother Frank Sparacino. Surviving are his children Peter (Becky) of Mullica Hill and Jeanne Sparacino-Lewis (Bill) of Hammonton. Brother of Josephine (Tommy) Lynch and Carmela (Tony) Cacioppo. Brother-in-law of Lillian Chappine, Theresa Lanza, Noreen Lanza and Kay Sparacino. Loving grandfather of Jaclyn Angela (Dustin) Kasper, Lauren Christine Sparacino and Matthew Grenfell Sparacino.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday 7:00 – 9:00pm and Saturday 9:00-9:45am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish – St. Martin de Porres Church S. Egg Harbor Rd. and Park Ave.Hammonton. David VanArtsdalen (1978)

He was with out a doubt one of the best teachers I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He had a true love of teaching and taught me

many things that I use to this day. He inspired me to be in the field of work that I am in. He made a great and lasting impression on me.

RIP Mr. Sparacino
