James was born on December 15, 1945 and passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2014.

James was a resident of Spring Hill, Florida at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his wife Joan.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 17, from 9:00-10:00AM. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00AM with interment following at Florida National Cemetery with military honors.
