Devoted father of Michael Blithe and Lindsey Blithe. Loving brother of John Blithe (Susan), Vickie Bergman (Keith), Robert Blithe (Kim), Kelly Blithe (Billy) and Susie Shrader (John). Dear brother in law of Sharon Weideman (Mark) and Jennifer Mae. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Jerry was a senior telephone technician for the Information Technology Department of Gloucester County.
