Gilbert H. Handy Jr., 57, of Franklinville, on Sunday, June 22, 2014. Born in Camden, formerly of Clementon, Gilbert has lived in Franklinville since 1981. Retiring in January, Gilbert was a member of the Carpenters Union Local #255 for 35 years. Gilbert enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with family. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Owens) for 33 years. Devoted father of Gilbert Handy, Michelle Handy and Kristina Handy. Dear brother of Dennis (Karen) Handy and Edith (Robert) Sponagle. Dear brother-in-law of Richard Owens, Mary Ann Poage and Annette Owens. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and Ryleigh. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday 6:30 – 9:00 PM and Thursday 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown.
