In Memory

Marcus White - Class Of 1992

                                 Rest in Peace, Marcus

Life is short; Go big or go home. That’s how Marcus L. White lived his life here on earth. On August 10, 2015, the world lost that beacon of light. His contagious smile and charismatic personality drew in both friends and complete strangers alike. People were drawn to his outgoing nature and joy in life. There wasn’t a room that Marcus wouldn’t immediately light up within 5 minutes of entering, nor command before leaving. He was simply magnetic. The love and laughter he bestowed on family and friends was pure joy. He lived for the game of baseball and coaching his son’s teams (the Burlington Township Falcons) was one of his greatest pleasures.

Born and raised in West Berlin, NJ, Marcus attended West Berlin schools and graduated from Overbrook High School in 1992. He’s maintained many childhood friendships to this day (Facebook will miss him for sure). In 1996, he met the love of his life, Kimberlee, and they married in 2002. They had two amazing sons, Marcus Scott and Gavin Davis. Most recently, Marcus found his dream job as the Road Show Operations Manager for ASI Show.

Predeceased by maternal grandparents, Doris and George (Poppy) Heffentrager, paternal grandmother, Beatrice White, survived by his loving wife Kimberlee, sons Marcus ‘Muggs’ and Gavin ‘Weez’, mother Beatrice Blyth, Uncle George (Tina), cousins George (Linda) and Amanda Heffentrager, grandfather David White, uncles Bradley Vincent, Tony (Elena), Brian, Gary (Loren), his best buddy Tyson, and a host of extended family and friends.

Please join us as we celebrate Marcus’ life on Saturday, August 15th at Fountain of Life, 2035 Columbus Road, Burlington, NJ 08016. Calling hours are 9 AM- noon, and memorial services begin at noon.
