Obituary of Michael Yaworski, Jr.

Michael Yaworski, Jr., age 76, passed away surrounded by his loving family on the early morning of Saturday, February 24, 2018.

Predeceased by his parents, Michael, Sr. and Anna Yaworski (Ball) and loving son, Michael Yaworski, III. Beloved husband of Ruth P. Yaworski (O'Neill); loving sons, Christopher Yaworski (Tammy) and Brian Yaworski (Jennifer); sisters, Peggy Maries and Pat Magill; four grandchildren, Nicholas, Samantha, Amelia and Xavier.

Michael was born in Philadelphia, PA and resided most of his life in New Jersey. He graduated from the class of 1960 from Overbrook High School and was the first Eagle Scout in Pine Hill, NJ. Michael was a proud member of the Post 286 Pine Hill American Legion and the Knights of Columbus.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 9am to 11am at the Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ. Interment will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr, NJ with military honors. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Michael's name to Magee Rehabilitation Center at 1513 Race Street, Philadelphia, Pa 19102 or by visiting www.mageerehab.org.
