It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tara Leigh Boleslawski of Mantua, New Jersey, who passed away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Leroy Luciana. She is survived by : her mother Dawn Luciana; her sister Roxanne Boleslawski; her grandparents, Buzz and Penny Shone; and her nieces and nephews, Charlotte and Morello. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friend.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 28th 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ora L. Wooster Funeral Home (51 Park Blvd, Clementon, NJ 08021). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 28th 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
