Marjorie was born in the East Berlin section of Berlin Township to loving parents, Herman and Lillian Kruckner. She was the youngest of six children. Marjorie found her biggest joy in spending time with her family. She was extremely close to her brothers and sisters and at every family gathering a group picture of them together was a necessity! Marjorie loved her nieces and nephews and it was often mentioned that her house was the place to be! She was always fun-loving and adventurous. She was also someone that you could confide in and she was a great listener. Marjorie was a very supportive mother and was always there when you needed a helping hand. She was hard-working and could fix anything, but her favorite chore was to weed her flower gardens. She was also known for making German Springerle cookies and would carefully package them each year for friends and relatives who loved them. Marjorie was a devoted grandmother and loved her grandchildren without measure. She attended every function that she could attend. Gerry and Marjorie loved to travel and went on many trips to various countries, always doing adventurous things. They also enjoyed their RV for many years and traveled across the country and to Alaska more than once. They even took each grandchild on a special trip of their choice, often involving the RV. She was a real trooper and enjoyed the outdoors. Marjorie was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, neighbor and friend. She will be missed but we are better for knowing her.
Cremation was private.
