Mary Ruth (Karlsen) Redondo
Age 74 – West Cape May
(February 11, 1947 – September 26, 2021)

Mary grew up in Clementon, NJ where she attended Watsontown and Gibbs elementary schools and graduated from Overbrook Regional High School (ORHS) in Lindenwold in 1966. Having received a scholarship upon graduation Mary attended the University of Southern Illinois and shortly thereafter traveled across the country, lived in Hawaii and Florida, and settled back in New Jersey, living both in Hammonton and West Cape May, New Jersey. Mary was gifted with a beautiful spirit that was adventurous, amazingly artistic, feisty, the life of the party, kind hearted and an animal lover but if you asked her she would have said her greatest gift was her family and friends who she loved unconditionally. Mary leaves a legacy of a life filled with love, humor and dedication to family. Loving mother of Marcella (Robert) Booker of Hammonton, Andrea Redondo of Egg Harbor Township and the late Mario Redondo of Blackwood. Also survived by her grandchildren Sophia Booker, Mario Booker, Evan Smith, Jayden Campanja, brother Stephen (Suyin) Karlsen, sisters Debbie (Robert) Valvo, Julie (Jim) Jensen, nephews and nieces Joey Valvo, Jason Jensen, Jordan Jensen, Jolie Jensen and her amazing friends Diane Sherwood, Sally Schaffer, Donna Guess and Joanne Mayes.
