I grew up with Richie, he lived down the street from me. He was always a great guy - He will be missed.

Richie welcomed me in the mid 1980's to a construction project in Latrobe that lasted about 6 months. Although I never knew Richie prior to meeting him on this project, he became a friend We car pooled and enjoyed some beverages after work together I briefly saw Ricie once since then on another project in downtown Pittsburgh. Then we lost touch as most construction workers tend to do. He was so nice and genuine I wish the world was full of Richie's God bless him

Life is too short sometimes. I ran into Rich over the years and it was a real pleasure to talk to him. Rich and I would always say we should get together and catch up but never did. I guess this happens in all our lives. Rich was a good guy and will be missed.Peter Bronder
I went to grade school with Rich, later saw him on a construction project where I work at CMU. I have not seen him in years but he left a good impression. Rich was always very easy to chat with. I recall a party he had in the basement of his parent’s house in the 7th grade where we were playing records, in particular Harry Nielsen’s "Jump into the Fire".
