Fred's family moved to MtL in 1947. Think he might have been a StBernard's guy. After high school he spent 4 years in the Air Force on active duty and continued in the Reserves until 1982. He attended school in Arkansas, then came back to work with Duquesne Light until 1998. After retiring he became a licensed real estate agent. He stayed busy right up to his death in January, 2009.
He is survived by two of his sisters and two sons. They spoke of him with great fondness. Also mentioned in his obituary was his happy little dog, Arson.
Fred came to the 45th reunion and his sisters said how much he enjoyed seeing old classmates.
