Bob Freiland's wife, Lynn notified me that Bob had died in November of 2024.  I will try to obtain further information from his wife.  

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) G. Freiland on 11-16-2024.  Bob was born in Pittsburgh, PA., to George W. Freiland and Frances E. Freiland and was 83 years old.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn, his sister, Beverly Porter, and his brother, James Freiland (Pam), children with former wife, Sally Hamilton, daughter, Christine Freiland, son, Timothy Freiland (Jennifer), and grandson, Ryan Freiland.

Stepfather to Dawn Soper (James) and children, Scott Soper, Chris Soper (Kathy), Anya Gaisford (Vince), Andrei Soper (Marisa), and Jeffery Soper (Jordan),  stepfather to William Mosienko (Jacquie), and children with former wife, Angela, Amanda Mosienko (Brent), David <osienko (Abigail), and Joseph Mosienko.

Bob retired from MSC Distributing Co. as their Vice President. Before moving to Phoenix, he was employed at his father's service station in Pittsburgh, PA. Bob was a veteran of the US Army, where he achieved the rank of sergeant. His passion was always cars, and once he retired, he built a Ford Cobra Kit car with his good friend, Bill Fussner.  

Always caring, he was a handyman to his family and anyone else who needed a helping hand. He is fondly remembered by his brother-in-law, William Bobbit, and his wife, Nancy.

As we all know, his friendly personality was one of a kind.  He will be missed by his caring CCV Neighborhood Group and his many friends and neighbors.  Bob was at peace with God before passing.
