Mike Kritscher died Jan. 10, 2017 in Pleasant Hill, CA of complications resulting from pancreatic cancer.  I talked to his wife and son and they told me he was a real fighter against his illness.  He was given 3-6 months to live and he lived almost a year and near the end his family was told he would never get out of bed again and the next morning he was sitting in the living room.  He is survived by his wife and (2) children plus (2) stepchildren.
