Timothy Sean Carney, 50, long time Bellevue resident, passed away unexpectedly over the 2009 winter holidays.  Tim was born on October 31, 1959 in Cleveland, Ohio. Tim is survived by his wife of 20 years Joan Kelley Carney.  Tim is also survived by his twin sister, Colleen Doran (California), and sisters Maureen (Bill) Barnato (California) and Terry (Codie) Victor (Arizona) and brother Phil (Bernadine) Carney (California); in-laws Lorie and Chuck Petrosky (Bellevue).  Uncle “T” will be remembered for his boyish charm and playfulness and will be missed by his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Caroline and Dan Carney; Ryan and Ben Petrosky; Casey and Kerrie Doran; Amanda, Katlyn and Wyatt Carney.   Tim was predeceased by his parents, Lillian and Edgar Carney, and his beloved big brother, Donald Carney.
