I knew Bruce since our days at Mellon. One of the nicest people I've known. Always a BIG smile and a positive attitude. If Bruce was there, you knew you were going to have a good time. I spent countless Friday nights ice skating with Bruce (and others) at Bridgeville. Plus all the time with Rockettes/Band my junior and senior years. It is so sad that he is gone.

I will never forget Bruce's SMILE and how his eyes twinkled. I am so sorry to hear that we have lost such a good guy.

I crossed paths with Bruce frequently from 7th grade through high school, and we worked together at the ice arena during senior year. He was great to work with - always smiling and cracking jokes, and got along with everyone. A truly friendly guy, the likes of which you don't forget. He was also an outstanding hockey player, with a fearsome slapshot that defied his easygoing personality. So sorry to hear that he's gone, but really glad to have known him.

When we attended Mellon together, Bruce dubbed me "Critter." To this day, I still hear this nickname! I was saddened upon learning of his passing. Bruce and I shared classes, evenings and afternoons ice skating and numerous marching band adventures. His contagious smile will forever stay with me.

I first met Bruce at Mellon Junior High. What a great smile! I remember he used to slide to a quick stop and spray snow on me when at the ice rink. What a funny guy. That was Bruce's way of telling you that you were his friend. Anytime I see Lee Iacocca from Chrysler on TV I would think of Bruce because of the last name.

One less ray of sunshine on this earth.
