I was so sad and sorry to read the name of our classmates that have left us. Especially hard for me was Mary Ann. She and I were friends all through high school. I never had such a good friend, confidant or all around good person as in my life as she was. Does anyone know what she died of?
I would love to have seen her again, but maybe if I am a good girl, I will once again in the hereafter.

Loved you Mary and will always miss you.

Mary Ann and I grew up together. In fact Mary Ann, my sister Barb and I were like sisters growing up, thru school and in life. Mary Ann and I were in each other's weddings. We went thru all the good times and the bad times life throws your way. Mary Ann was a breast cancer survivor. The disease was discovered in the early 1980's. She had surgery to remove the mass and was a survivor and in remissison until about 1992. The disease returned in other parts of her body, and in July, 1994 she decided to have a bone marrow transplant to see is if that would stop the progression of the disease. It did not help. It really made her worst and on November 15, 1994 she left us. Her passing left a big void in my life as well as my family's. We all love her and miss her. As an afterthought, her husband, Joe passed away in 1998 and her mother Ruth pased away in September, 2009 at the age of 93. Although they are all gone, they are all missed and loved.
