Sheryl (Lambers) Schleicher called me this morning with the very sad news that her brother, Scott, just passed away. He had a heart attack and was with his wife, Mary. As I know more, I will share but I thought this was the most effective way to get the word out. Scott was the City Administrator for Leawood, KA.

“Scott was an extraordinary leader who cared deeply about his family and the community he served," Leawood Mayor Peggy Dunn said in a news release. "His many accomplishments during his 20+ years as Leawood City Administrator were countless. He will be sorely missed and never forgotten."
