BELATED We were shocked, saddened and disturbed to be told by a stranger, on a July 30, 2022 visit to his home at 205 Boughton Hill Road, Honeyoe Falls, that Patrick was deceased. According to the Certificate of Death, Patrick died on Monday March 1, 2021. He died at the home he had resided in since 1992 following a period of declining health from vascular dementia. Patrick was born in Rochester on August 12, 1955, the youngest child of Suzanne McElligott and Robert Tanner. He was predeceased by his brother Robert Tanner of Brooklyn and survived by his brother Scott Tanner of Brighton and sisters Suzanne (Sue) Pomakov of Toronto and Lonnie Trimarche of Santa Fe along with a number of nieces and nephews. He graduated from Pittsford Sutherland High School and began work as a lineman for the family firm R.E. Tanner Line Construction Company. When the firm was closed, he joined Rochester Gas & Electric in the same capacity. He was cremated March 3, 2021, by arrangement of the funeral home, Finger Lakes Cremation LLC, 1040 State Route 31, Macedon. Patrick will be sadly missed by his family and those who loved him and whom he touched. Please join us in raising a toast to his memory with the Tanner Family Sue, Lonnie, Scott.
