In Memory

Ginger Everett (Ludeman)

Ginger Everett Ludeman passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023.  She is survived by her husband John of 48 years.  They had an incredible marriage, as indicated by the inscription on her side of their gravestone, "Because of John, Ginger's life is the stuff that dreams are made of.  Married forever on June 5, 1975."

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Adecia Ludeman, son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Kerri Beth Ludeman, sister, Leigh Barlow, stepmother, Rita Everett, and her school children from Johnson County, Georgia and Pittsylvania County, Virginia.

Her life was very ordinary, she was born, adopted, went to college, got a job, got married, had babies, stayed home, taught special ed, wrote a book titled "Tomorrow Came Yesterday" which was read and declined by several publishers, (later on, John had Joe put it on Kindle), retired, and died.

The way she thought and pieced her thinking was the polar opposite of ordinary.  She had so many boxes in her head, she didn't know which one to hop into to think outside of (which is what John loved best best about her).  When the cancer returned, she couldn't think of anything to put on her bucket list.  Completing the major goal in her life could only be known upon her passing; hoping that Jesus will tell her that she had a whole heart for Him, and not just a piece of it.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Norris Funeral Services, Inc. & Crematory, Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA is respectfully serving the family.
