Orrin "Ray Miller Jr , of Plainwell went to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on April 23, 2021.  Ray was the son of Orrin and Lillian (Price) Miller Sr. He was born on June 5, 1950.

Ray retired from Bentler Automotive as a journeyman machine repairman.  Ray spent the early hours of each day in his devotion unto the Lord, in his bible studies and word searches.  His afternoons playing his guitar, which he learnt by the internet, and became very beautiful at his worship unto the Lord God.  In between, he would be doing crossword puzzles and other word games, usually with Jewels (cat) asleep on his lap.  Ray is survived by his wife Paula (Gombos) Miller; son Raymond of Arizona, and his sons Luke and Preston; daughter Amy of Texas and her son Donovon, and daughter Kyra; sisters Jackie and Diane both of Otsego, and several nieces and nephews.  Ray is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Jane, Patsy, Dawn and brother-in-law Harlan.

Visitation for Orrin is being held Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 12:00 pm at McCowen & Secord Funeral Home, Marshall-Gren Chapel, 120 S. Woodhams, Plainwell, MI  49080 with Services following at 1:00 pm at the same location.
