I was engaged to Tom Stout the night I graduated. He joined the Navy, and I attended Grace College, Winona Lake, Indiana, for two years. We were married December 18, 1971. I took classes at Western Michigan University, then finished my education at Maranatha Baptist Bible College, Watertown, Wisconsin. We had four children, and moved to California to teach at Faith Baptist Schools, Canoga Park, Caliifornia. Three more children were born while we taught there for ten years. Now Tom has been pastor of Volinia Baptist Church, 19526 Marcellus Hwy, Marcellus, Michigan, for twenty-seven years. Our twenty-three year daughter, Jennifer, was killed in a car accident in 1997. I wrote a book using her diaries, letters, etc., titled DEAR JENNIFER. I have also written and published three novels about women from the Bible. These books are available on the church website.
