Rita Fae Shehorn 58 of Mendota Illinois lost her fight with cancer. She was a Plano High School graduate class of 1983 and formerly of Sandwich Illinois. Rita was a kind loving person that loved spending time with her niece's and nephew's and enjoyed collecting coin's & putting together puzzle's. She had a love for animal's especially Cardinal's and her long time companion her dog Daisy that sadly passed shortly before her. Rita had a great sense of humor and loved to make other's laugh she will be deeply missed.
Rita is survived by her sibling's Nina Harper, Kenneth (Jessica) Shehorn Jr, Neta (Kent) Zagar, Crystal Lewis. Neice's& Nephew's Randy Young, Ryan (Tara) Young, Amanda Blakely, Michael Zagar, Melissa Zagar, Colleen Shehorn, Tyler Lewis, Brandy Lewis, Trevor Lewis. Also great Neice's &Nephew's Lindsay Futrell, Logan Young, Cody Blakely, Kaden Young, David Douglas, Madison Lewis, James Lewis, Jasper Lewis, Joshua Lewis, Aribella Lewis. She preceded in death by her parent's Kenneth Eugene Shehorn Sr and Lois Marie Curry and stepmother that raised her with her father Kay Shehorn.
