Barbara and Brenda were some of the very first friends I made at PCHS when I moved there from Oregon in 1972.  We certainly shared a lot of laughs and made memories I will treasure forever.  Even when I returned to the Pacific Northwest, time and miles couldn't separate us, we were always able to pick-up right where we'd left off.  In recent years Barbara would call when she was in Tulsa for cancer treatments; she was candid about it being terminal and used it as only Barbara could with her thunderous laugh while telling about having her wig blow off when riding with the windows down or her testimony she'd shared during  her numerous plane trips to and from Tulsa or how those she loved were handling her disease.  Her fiery sense of humor and strong faith never ceased to amaze me.  What sticks so strongly in my mind is how she so firmly said, "I have no regrets.  I've LIVED my life. I've got no bucket list cuz I've done all the things I wanted to do. "   Barbara, you set the bar high and I'm proud to have called you my friend.  Rest in peace until we see one another again!!
